Amendla, Giovannni Batista
Giovanni Batista Amendla (1848-1887)
Italian sculptor who worked with Baciloani at the Academy of Fine Arts in Naples. One of his
most well-known works, Autumn, a bronze sculpture, was bought by the National Gallery of
Modern Art in Rome.
Between 1879-1886 he exhibited a well-received series of busts at the Royal Academy in London.
